Complementary feed for pigeons. Oropharma Forma-Vit is a vitamin tablet enriched with L-carnitine. This dietary supplement provides essential vitamins and optimal energy supply during competitions and ensures increased crop milk production during the breeding season. The complete multivitamin blend provided by Forma-Vit pills is essential for pigeons in periods of heavy exertion such as during competitions and the breeding season. The addition of L-carnitine ensures increased production and optimal composition of the crop milk. L-carnitine decreases the production of lactic acid with the combustion of fats during the competition. This means that the pigeons can use their muscles for longer and that they can fly for longer at an optimal speed without muscle cramps.

Directions for use

• 1 Forma-Vit tablet administered directly in the beak.
• Short distance: the day before basketing.
• Middle and Long Distance: the day before and the day of basketing.
• In cases of reduced condition or after illness: twice a week.
• During the moult and breeding period: twice a week.

Treatment and prevention of trichomoniasis, intestinal coccidiosis and Trichomonas-derived inflammation of crop mucosa in racing pigeons.For animal treatment only.

dosage instructions:

Dosage: Prevention dosage (Prophylaxis) during the racing season give 1 tablet per pigeon at the beginning of the week every 8-14 days. Weaning of Youngsters from parents 1 tablet per Youngster. Breeding season: give one tablet per pigeon 14 days before egg hatching.

Therapy (treatment dosage): depending on the severity of disease.

Give 1 tablet per infected pigeons for 2-3 days in succession, depending on the severity of the infection and two weeks before the first brood hatches, 1 tablet per pigeon 2 days in succession.

Tip: Administrer 1-2 hours before feeding! Droppings may show a slight yellow colouring.

Treatment and prevention of intestinal coccidiosis (Eimeria labbeana, Eimeria columbarum) in racing pigeons.

Note:

The sporulation of Oocysts is reduced by about fifty percent which means that infection can be extremely reduced. For animal treatment only.

dosage instructions:

Dosage: 2 tablets per pigeon. All pigeons of a pigeon flock must be treated. During the racing season it is recommended to treat the pigeons against coccidiosis every 4 weeks with Gambatex to prevent loss of performance.

Tip: Administrer 1-2 hours before feeding!

Muta-Vit Powder

Complementary feed for birds. Oropharma Muta-Vit is a special blend of vitamins, amino acids and trace elements, with high content of sulphurous amino acids and biotin. This dietary supplement promotes feather development and condition, strengthens the plumage, protects the liver and ensures an optimal metabolism. Muta-Vit helps to prevent fright moulting. During the moult, the bird is subject to stress. An optimal supplement to the feed is necessary then. The sulphurous amino acids in Muta-Vit are essential for the production of keratin, the building material for feathers and skin. Biotin ensures good quality keratin. This guarantees a fast and good moult.

Directions for use

1 level measure (= 1 g) of Muta-Vit per 250 ml drinking water or per 100 g Orlux soft food or eggfood.

• During the moult to promote the development of the feathers: three times a week.
• During the preparation for the show season: for 4 consecutive days.
• After treatment with antibiotics or other medicines: for 5 consecutive days.
• In cases of decreased appetite as a result of a poor metabolism: for one whole week.
