Delivery & Return Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at our Website (Al Wazzan Vet). Following are the terms that constitute our Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

Delivery

• Delivery within 24 working hours.
• Delivery cost based on home address and Package weight, the cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• In-store pickup: You can pick up at our stores, after placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within a day. We will send you an email / message when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are [10 AM to 7 PM] on all days of the week. Please have your order confirmation with you when you come.

Returns

• For foods & medicines the time that is available to return is according to the regulations followed by the Ministry of Commerce. 14 days for other products from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Refund

• Product must be returned in its original packaging
• Product isn't used or damaged
• Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
• items on sale aren't eligible for refunds
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damage

• If the product(s) arrives at your door with apparent damage, please refuse to receive it and then contact us immediately.
• IMPORTANT: COUNT AND CONFIRM THAT THE TOTAL PRODUCTS YOUR RECEIVE MATCHES THE NUMBER ON YOUR DELIVERY RECEIPT BEFORE SIGNING.
• Please carefully inspect all items while receiving your order with the driver.
